Ordering from Harfantools — Step by Step
Placing an order is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps to complete your purchase.
Step 1 — Find Your Product
Use the search bar to search by keyword, brand, or model number. Alternatively, browse by category using the Browse Categories menu at the top of the page. You can filter results by brand, price range, and stock availability.
Step 2 — Add to Cart
On the product page, check the specifications and confirm the item is what you need. Click the “Add to Cart” button. A confirmation will appear — you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
Step 3 — Review Your Cart
Click the cart icon at the top right to review your selection. From the cart you can:
- Update quantities
- Remove items
- Apply a coupon or discount code
- Review your subtotal and shipping estimate
Step 4 — Proceed to Checkout
Click “Proceed to Checkout” and fill in the required details:
- Full name and contact information
- Delivery address
- Billing details (if different from delivery)
- Payment method
Step 5 — Review & Confirm
Check your complete order summary — including the items, delivery address, and total amount. When everything is correct, click “Place Order” to confirm your purchase.
Step 6 — Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email containing your Order ID and a summary of your purchase. Keep this email — you will need the Order ID to track your delivery.
Step 7 — Delivery
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification. We deliver Monday – Sunday, 11:00 – 18:00. Orders placed before 10:00 AM are dispatched the same day.
