These terms govern the use of harfantools.com and purchases from Harfan Tools.

2. Independent Retailer and Product Information

Harfan Tools is an independent retailer and is not an authorised dealer for a brand unless expressly stated on the applicable product page. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and identify the products offered. Customers should review the stated model, condition, specifications, included items, and warranty information before purchase.

3. Prices and Availability

Prices are displayed in USD unless checkout states otherwise.
Availability is subject to confirmation during order processing.
A genuine publishing or pricing error may be corrected before an order is accepted; the customer will be contacted before processing.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment and order details are confirmed. Contact us promptly to request cancellation; cancellation is not guaranteed after dispatch.

5. Payment

Credit/debit cards and PayPal are currently accepted through checkout. Full payment must be confirmed before processing and dispatch. Use only payment instructions displayed at checkout or confirmed through our published contact details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping is free to destinations accepted by checkout, including the United States, Canada, Australia, and other supported countries. Estimated delivery, including the standard 1–2 business-day processing period, is 11–23 business days to the United States and Canada, 8–17 business days to Australia, and 30–45 business days to other destinations. Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, permits, or brokerage fees.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 60 days after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy. Customers pay shipping for standard returns. Harfan Tools covers reasonable return shipping for verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially not-as-described items.

Warranty coverage applies only where stated on the product page or confirmed in writing before purchase. See Product Information and Warranty.

9. Intellectual Property

Third-party product names, trademarks, and manufacturer materials belong to their respective owners. Harfan Tools website text, layout, and original materials may not be reproduced without permission.
