Return and Refund Policy
60-Day Return Policy
Harfan Tools accepts eligible returns requested within 60 days after delivery. Contact us before sending an item so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Return Eligibility
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, unfueled, and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, manuals, accessories, labels, and serial-number markings must be included.
- A receipt or other proof of purchase from Harfan Tools is required.
- The return request must be submitted within 60 days after delivery.
Special-order, made-to-order, customized, cut-to-length, opened consumable, software, gift-card, hazardous-liquid, or final-sale products are not returnable where that restriction was disclosed before purchase. This does not limit remedies for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Not-as-Described Items
Contact us promptly with your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue. After verification, Harfan Tools will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping for an item that arrived damaged, is defective, was sent incorrectly, or is materially different from its listing.
Standard Return Shipping
For an eligible standard return that is not caused by damage, defect, an incorrect shipment, or a listing error, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Use a trackable and appropriately insured service. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
Do not send a return to a manufacturer or to our address without first contacting us. Approved returns will be directed to: Jl. Boulevard Raya Blok FV1 No. 27, RT 9/RW 11, Kelapa Gading Timur, Jakarta Utara 14240, Indonesia.
Inspection and Refunds
We will inspect the returned product and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on product availability. Contact us before returning an item so we can confirm whether a replacement is available.
