Track Your Order

Enter your Order ID and the billing email address you used during checkout to check the current status of your delivery.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

How to Find Your Order ID

Your Order ID can be found in:

  • The order confirmation email sent to you immediately after purchase
  • Your account under My Account → Orders

Order Status Guide

  • Pending Payment — Your order has been received but payment has not yet been confirmed
  • Processing — Payment confirmed, your order is being prepared for dispatch
  • Completed — Your order has been dispatched and delivered
  • On Hold — Your order is awaiting payment verification or further information
  • Cancelled — Your order has been cancelled
