What We Will Match
- The exact same product — same brand, model number, and full specification
- Product currently in stock at the competitor
- Price listed on the competitor’s official website at the time of your request
- Sold by an authorised retailer or dealer
Exclusions
The following are not eligible for price matching:
- Flash sales, daily deals, clearance, or liquidation pricing
- Products sold by third-party marketplace sellers (e.g. eBay sellers, Amazon third parties)
- Bundle deals, promotional packages, or free-gift offers
- Pricing errors or misprints on competitor websites
- Prices in a different currency
How to Request a Price Match
- Find the identical product listed at a lower price on a competitor’s official website
- Note the competitor’s URL and the exact listed price
- Email us at sales@harfantools.com with the following:
— Product name and model number
— Competitor website URL
— Listed price - Our team will verify the price within 1 business day
- Once approved, the matched price will be applied to your order
