1. What is Harfan Tools?
Harfan Tools is an independent online retailer of industrial tools, machinery, workshop equipment, and related accessories operating from Jakarta, Indonesia.
2. Are you an authorised brand dealer?
Harfan Tools is not an authorised dealer for a brand unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Brand and model names identify the products offered. See our Product Information and Warranty page and contact us before ordering if you require documentation or warranty confirmation.
3. How do I place an order?
Add the product to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter accurate delivery information, and complete payment by card or PayPal. Orders should be placed through harfantools.com rather than through an unpublished payment link.
4. Do I need an account?
No. Guest checkout is available, and creating an account is optional.
5. What payment methods are available?
Credit/debit cards and PayPal are currently available at checkout. PayPal may offer eligible funding options depending on the customer’s account and location.
6. How long does delivery take?
Orders normally require 1–2 business days for processing after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery, including processing, is 11–23 business days to the United States and Canada, and 8–17 business days to Australia.
7. Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free for destinations accepted by checkout. Import duties, taxes, customs charges, permits, or brokerage fees remain the customer’s responsibility where applicable.

Eligible products may be returned within 60 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.
9. Who pays return shipping?
The customer pays return shipping for a standard return. Harfan Tools covers reasonable return shipping for a verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially not-as-described item.
10. Is a manufacturer warranty included?
Manufacturer warranty coverage is not assumed. Warranty coverage applies only when it is stated on the product page or confirmed in writing before purchase.
