Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our catalogue, add items to your cart, and click “Proceed to Checkout”. Enter your delivery details and select a payment method. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your address, view order history, and use your wishlist across sessions.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us at sales@harfantools.com as soon as possible. Orders can be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Orders placed before 10:00 AM are dispatched the same day. Large or heavy equipment may require additional lead time — we will notify you if this applies.

Is free delivery available?

Yes. All orders over $1,000 qualify for free standard delivery. Standard delivery fees apply to orders below this threshold.

What are your delivery hours?

We deliver Monday – Sunday, 11:00 – 18:00.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please contact us for international shipping quotes and estimated lead times before placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?

We offer free 60-day returns on all products. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

How do I return an item?

Email sales@harfantools.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will arrange collection and process your refund within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.

Are the products genuine?

Yes. Harfantools is an authorised supplier for all brands we carry. Every product is 100% genuine with full manufacturer warranties.

How do I claim a warranty?

Contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will liaise directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to resolve the claim as quickly as possible.
