The JET ESN-40 Electric Pipe Notcher is a heavy-duty Schedule 40 pipe notching machine designed specifically for rapid, repeatable 90-degree copes in fabrication environments. It is widely used in structural steel shops, handrail fabrication, and metal frame production where consistent tube-to-tube joints are required.
Powered by a 2 HP, 220V single-phase motor, the ESN-40 is built for continuous shop use and delivers fast, clean notch cuts that prepare pipe ends for welding without manual grinding or template cutting.
The machine operates by inserting the pipe into a die, performing a notch on one side, then rotating the pipe 180° to complete the full saddle profile.
